David was born into a theatrical family. His parents were performers who met on the Broadway company of ‘Flower Drum Song’ at the St. James Theater.

Having grown up with theater all around him, he is very passionate about it as an art form and feels it is important to foster the next generation of theater goers.

As a stage manager his goal is to lead with calmness and efficiency, making sure the production can run as smoothly as possible.  He believes success lies in good communication with the whole team - the actors, the crew, the orchestra, the management team and the creative team.

David is bi-coastal and has residences in New York City and Los Angeles.

With over 25 years experience, David has managed some of the most technically complicated and popular musicals of the last two decades.
